WOW! Nice video!! You had great eye contact during the video and i know that is hard to do! I can completly understand what you mean big lecture hall professors not greating common ground! It makes the class hard to understand and hard to do well in!
Thanks! And absolutely. When professors babble on without picking up on the fact that students aren't retaining the information, it makes staying focused a lot harder!
Your video was great, and you spoke incredibly well! But I definitely agree that knowing about your classmates' majors would be helpful in creating common ground because you'd know how to best approach a topic for someone who is interested in science versus someone who is an English major! That's one of the things I want to know about my classmates, too.
